My Little Runner

 Derek's second time running the Thanksgiving Point Half Marathon. He honestly had not trained very well this year but he did awesome. He's my little runner. Unfortunately I could not make it to watch cause I was running the Princess Pageant at the Tulip Festival but Shirley got some good shots.

Here he is sprinting to the finish line, having run most of the race with a seriously upset stomach.

Derek got 56 place out of the whole race. Pretty good!

 Dan ran it this year as well. He is one of Derek's friends from the Engineering Department at the U. Dan is a serious runner. As you can see here he got third in the age group and Derek got fourth, but overall Dan kicked Derek's trash.
